Coastal Engineering
Er. Chew Seong Yean is Harvest Consulting Engineering LLP's senior partner. He started his career in the United Kingdom and joined the Housing and Development Board in 1960. Er. Chew was responsible for the coastal reclamation works from Changi to Marina City and implementing the Fifth 5-Years (1981-1985) building programme of 185,000 dwelling units. In 1985, he was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) by the President of the Republic of Singapore. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Singapore) and Chartered Engineer (UK).
