Two commercial engineering projects involving Harvest’s civil & structural team, Timbre+ and Block 79 of JTC LauchPad @ One-North, has achieved two prestigious BCA Gold Awards. We are honoured to receive BCA Gold for Construction Productivity (Timbre+) and Green Mark Gold Plus (Block 79).
The 24,000 square feet gastropark was completed within a year. The utilisation of prefabricated steel columns, shipping containers, stationary caravans and precast walls in the design and construction has resulted in the reduction in site works, thus expediting construction productivity.”
