Block 73 of the JTC LauchPad @ One-North development, a commercial engineering project involving Harvest’s civil & structural team, has won a BCA Gold Award for Construction Productivity. We will continue to streamline methodologies to achieve greater construction efficiency for our many projects to come.
We used a raft foundation with a lightweight steel frame structural system which significantly reduced the overall dead load of Block 73 and eliminated the need for piling. A modular structural layout ensures all materials could be prefabricated off-site hence achieving economies of scale.”
